Meeting the family

Yesterday we took our first long car trip with Aria. She did really well. But let me back up. Here's the background for yesterday. My grandpa (my mom's dad) died this past week and yesterday was the funeral. Morehead City (Mom's hometown) is about 3.5 hours from here; we went down there in the morning and came back in the evening. It was good to see everybody. Some of my mom's brothers live pretty far out (Baltimore and Tucson), so I don't get to see them much. Everybody enjoyed Aria, especially Grammy Pat, who needed her dose of granddaughter. Also, Aria got to meet her great grandma (see our 4-generation shot below).
