New test results suggest Durham might have a citywide risk of lead contamination in its drinking water, contrary to past assurances by municipal officials that the problem was limited to the apartment complex where a child was poisoned.Of 89 water samples tested by the city's lab over the past month, 18 homes -- about one in five -- had lead contamination above the level federal guidelines consider safe.

You'd think they were trying to drive us out of here.
