Baptism

I should have posted this last week, but I forgot until Alexa reminded me. Aria was baptized two Sundays ago (1/8). Most of our two Charlotte families came up for it. The baptism was really a nice time to feel like we were more a part of the Good Shepherd church family. Murray (who is the pastor baptizing Aria in the picture) came to our house to discuss with us our views on baptism, answer any questions, and get to know us and Aria a little better. The guy holding the bowl is our small group leader, as well as the elder over our part of the church.

Another thing that should be mentioned is that Alexa's mom made the dress - and did an excellent job. Here's the newly baptized girl modeling her fancy dress:
